The short version: I'm a Reverse Recruiter and Executive Virtual Assistant based in Lagos, Nigeria, working with clients across the US, UK and worldwide. For the past 3 years, I've done one thing extremely well — take the stress out of job hunting for professionals who don't have the time or energy to apply to 20 jobs a day themselves.
My clients are software engineers, data analysts, project and operations managers, consultants, and entry-level graduates trying to break into their first serious role. So far I've served 10+ clients directly, with 5+ landing roles and interviews through platforms like Mercor, USAJobs and beyond.
Why I started: I noticed a pattern working as a general VA. My clients would burn out on job applications on top of their day jobs — sending the same generic resume to 50 companies and hearing nothing back — then give up before the pipeline had a chance to work. I built a proper system for one client, watched him land interviews within weeks, and realized this was the work I wanted to do full time.
Beyond job search work, I run executive VA support for founders and busy professionals — the operational systems that quietly keep everything moving. Currently I also coordinate billing and communications with 70+ HMO partners for a hospital, so high-volume tracking and airtight follow-up systems are simply how I work by default.
My approach: If it can't be tracked, I don't trust it. Everything I do — every application submitted, every email sent, every follow-up scheduled — lives in an auditable system my clients can open and review at any moment. That transparency is why my clients don't guess whether I'm working. They can see it.
